I�ve had great experiences with Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond. I can contact them by email, chat, or phone, and they always get back to me quickly. My provider, Joe Gagnon, is a thoughtful and caring listener who takes the time to understand my challenges and find the right treatment plan for me. I highly recommend this practice

It was easy to get an appointment and a diagnosis, but for the high cost, I expected the providers to care more and support their patients. It took almost 3 weeks of me pushing to get a prescription approved, and now I'm facing the same issue again. The lack of follow-through is shocking. For a place that treats ADHD, this is the most disorganized medical practice I�ve ever experienced. I�ll stay as a patient only until I find a new provider.
