Excellent service and a homely atmosphere. It�s a budget hotel with neat and comfortable rooms. The best part is it�s just 200 meters from Calangute Beach. The small pool is clean and cool, and they offer full service with liquor and good food.

The location was good, just a short walk to the beach. However, the price was high during Christmas, especially for a 1-star hotel. The swimming pool was small. People were making a lot of noise near the pool after drinking, and there was a lot of noise inside the room as well.

Very bad experience. The cottage is terrible. The AC doesn't work, the lights go out frequently and they don't have a backup. There are ants in most rooms, and the bathrooms are in poor condition. The photos they show are misleading. The owner is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. For 1000/- per night, you can find better options nearby.
