The staff is very good and helpful. They welcome customers with water, tea, and coffee. Transactions are smooth and neat. They also offer great deals periodically. Thank you, Swati Madam, for your help, both directly and indirectly.

The place is good, but unlike other jewelers, they don�t give GST credits to individual buyers. Their system doesn�t allow individual customers to avail of the GST benefit, but they still charge it. This doesn�t feel fair to individual buyers.

Worst experience ever! I asked them to make a necklace similar to the one in the showcase, just with a 2-inch longer chain. Instead, they changed the design completely, from a square pendant to a rectangle. They didn�t understand the difference between square and rectangle. I�m really disappointed because it was a big investment for me.
