Horrible service. They act like their phones are free, even though I bought a ?35,000 phone. The manager was especially rude.

The staff are not cooperative. Even though there are 10 sales reps, only a few help customers while the others stand by the door. One employee approached me before I bought a phone and then just walked away without saying anything, which was rude. It looks bad for the company to have so many executives but not one stepping forward or showing interest in helping customers.
