Very poor service from the shop manager and staff. No one responds to you. In the Poorvika showroom, they don�t have a return or refund policy for products. When you enter the store, they keep asking "Sir, sir, sir," but once you buy something, no one takes responsibility for the product or the customer. \nIt was a very bad experience. I�m giving one star only because I have to, otherwise, I wouldn�t give any rating to Poorvika Chengalpattu.
