The customer service at Poorvika Mall in Express Avenue was great. I bought a Samsung A14, and the salesperson Gobi explained the product well.

It's a good store, but they have fewer collections than I expected. Mr. Kartik was helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The service was terrible. My sister bought a phone on an EMI plan, but they didn�t activate any options. When we asked about it, they said they weren�t responsible.
