Very poor after-sales service. I bought a Vivo V29e, and within 5 days, I had issues with touch sensitivity and sound. Instead of helping me at the showroom, they told me to go to the service center. Also, the prices are cheaper in Pothys mobile section. Not satisfied at all.

I had a very bad experience at this branch. The salesman, Bala, was very rude and unprofessional. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He doesn't know how to speak to customers and definitely shouldn't be working as a salesman. I would not recommend buying any mobile here
