Good customer service! The staff was polite and gave me a great deal. I bought an Apple iPhone X recently and had no issues with the shop or the phone. They did make me wait a bit for payment, but they were friendly.

One of the worst scams ever happened with their iPhone insurance. They first said there was a big discount and asked me to pay ?18,900, then later said it was actually ?26,000. I've never seen a scam like this before.
