Very poor customer service. The staff is unprofessional and rude. We went to the Cathedral branch for our baby's ear piercing after confirming that the person would be available. But when we arrived on time, the person had already left. The manager briefly checked our baby's ear but didn't even explain anything before leaving. Very disappointing service.
