Prince Plaza is an old, worn-out building with a few travel companies, chartered accountants, fancy item shops, and a computer service company, among other stores.

It's an old shopping center that isn't well maintained. Only visit if you have specific needs, like seeing a doctor, going to the snooker parlour, or getting your specs repaired. Parking is available, but it can be tight.
