Reliance Mall

It's not as big as the malls in Chennai, but it's a nice place for people in Salem to enjoy. It's a little costly, but it's a great spot to hang out with friends and family.

Horrible and unsafe experience. The basement car park has no security, and I was surrounded by about 5 stray dogs. I'm not usually scared of dogs, but I nearly got attacked. When I complained, they said they had reported it to the corporation, but there was no response. There was no explanation as to why there was no security in the basement. It seems like the management doesn't care about customer safety.

It was the worst experience at Reliance Mall, Salem. The staff was rude and unprofessional. We lost our gold bracelet worth 1 lakh rupees inside the mall and requested help from everyone, but their response was very poor. It was an unexpected and unfortunate situation. When customers lose their belongings, the staff should take it seriously, but we felt helpless.
