My therapist was very polite, and I was really impressed with the relaxation massage I got. It was the first time I felt like I had a professional therapist from this city. I don�t know her name, but she was the best I�ve met here. I highly recommend this place to everyone who works hard.

I've read that 'the customer is king,' but they don�t seem to value customers at all. Whenever my friends and I ask for threading, they give lame excuses. Recently, they said they won�t do threading alone anymore. They will only do it if we also get a facial or a haircut.

Earlier, the spa management was quick to respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and messages. But now, maybe due to lack of time or because they think they are above customers, they don�t answer calls or messages and just stay silent. They have very few staff now, and it feels like they are becoming like the other spas that are opening everywhere, focusing more on their own interests than on their customers. As a long-time customer, I hope they turn things around and start caring more about their customers, who are the real reason for their success.
