One of the best head and shoulder massages I've had. The spa is well-decorated and welcoming. The masseuse was very pleasant and adjusted the pressure to my liking, helping me relax so much that I fell asleep. Even though I forgot to mention a pain in my shoulder, she must have felt it and worked on it, as the pain stopped after the massage. I would definitely recommend this, or even a full body massage.

The massage was okay, but the masseur was coughing a lot. When I asked her to wear a mask, she said there were none available. It wasn't a good experience because I was constantly stressed about her coughing near my face.

They asked for feedback, and when we mentioned a couple of small issues, the person at the reception, Mustakim, was not willing to listen and kept insisting they are the best. The overall experience was fine, but the therapists were not very experienced. I wish I could give zero stars because of the way Mustakim spoke to us. Very rude.
