Very impressive service center. My Continental GT 650 had a rear wheel issue while riding from Coorg to Goa. They understood the urgency and fixed it without any delay. The staff was very good.

It's an average experience, but this branch has a big problem explaining what services are done on the bike, making it feel like they're trying to scam us. This is the second time this has happened. The invoice should be clearly explained so customers know where their money is going, but that wasn�t done properly. The service advisor was unhelpful, just looking at his phone and not explaining anything about the bike, even though he wasn't busy. Overall, poor and horrible service.

One of the worst places to give your bike for servicing. Very high cost and rude staff. Totally unsatisfied with the service. They charged up to 20,000 for the annual servicing of the bike. Very upset with the whole experience.
