The wedding was great. The rooms were clean and the windows could be opened. We asked for two bottles of water, but they refused several times and only brought one. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

I had almost finalized this resort for a wedding, planning to book all 33 rooms for two days. Bipin, the staff member, assured us that all rooms would be reserved for our event. However, the experience turned unprofessional. Bipin delayed sending us the email with details, tried to pressure us into using their overpriced decoration vendor, and then informed us that four rooms were booked by another family, despite our prior agreement. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better professionalism from this venue and would advise caution to anyone considering this resort for an event.

It was a bad experience this time. The staff at the reception were rude, and the service was poor. They charged 4K for an extra bed, which is as much as the room price. They have increased all the prices. I wouldn't suggest staying here.
