I had booked in advance for a trip in TN with RPK Travels. They confirmed everything via WhatsApp, but the day before pickup, they delayed things and arranged a referral driver with a car that didn't meet our expectations. I had to arrange another one myself in the middle of the night. Please be more professional next time either confirm the booking properly or don't confirm at all.

Bad experience. They sent a driver who didn't know any places in Ooty. Highly don't recommend.
