The staff was very cold and the therapists were unprofessional. I went there a few days ago and had a bad experience. After many complaints, they offered me a complimentary massage, but it was even worse. They just rubbed oil on my body and called it a massage. The AC was either too cold or too hot, and the therapists were unapologetic.
