I had a very bad experience with Sahyog Mantra Tours. They only care about getting paid and don't care about how their customers are treated during the tour. My once-in-a-lifetime event was ruined because of them. When I reached out for help, no one cared since the payment was already made. After you pay, they forget about you and leave you to suffer during the tour. No one replies on WhatsApp. The hotels they booked were substandard, with cockroaches and dirty rooms. The Hotel Wellback they booked didn�t even have AC, which they only mentioned after I had paid. They really fool their customers. I�ve attached a screenshot of my WhatsApp conversation where no one bothered to reply.

I am not at all satisfied. We had to stand in the bus for almost half an hour, and it was really hot, which was not expected. Also, the fans in the bus weren't working at all.
