Sai Daily mega kitchen (catering and event management)

Sai Caterers is extraordinary, and their food taste and quality are awesome. You must try it at any event. The management is also very organized. I have personally experienced their service 4-5 times at big events, and the taste has always been the same.

The food and service are good, but the only problem is they don�t deliver food to your doorstep.

The food is good, but their service is very poor. My family invited guests for dinner on Thursday, so I called Sai Daily Mega Kitchen in the morning. According to their policy, I had to order a day before, so we moved our plan to Friday. I called many times on Thursday to place my order for Friday, but they didn�t answer. In the evening, they cut the call and sent a message. I ordered through text, but they didn�t reply. We relied on them, but I tried again on Friday morning with no response. At least they should inform customers if they can't fulfill the order, so we don't rely on them. Very bad experience.
