If you book online, make sure to call the hotel before check-in to confirm what�s included in your booking. We were denied an extra bed and one free breakfast, even though it was part of the online booking. The pool and breakfast buffet were good, and the service staff was friendly. However, the evening front desk in-charge and the reservations manager were rude. We had to contact Travelguru to resolve the issue. Also, if you're traveling with children, avoid rooms in the 220 row as they smell of smoke.

I had a bad experience with the front desk guy. He needs better training or should be replaced. However, the other staff were very helpful and made up for his behavior.

We attended the dinner buffet. The vegetarian menu needs improvement. If you're a non-veg eater, it's fine, but the veg food could be spicier and tastier. The desserts were really good. Overall, everything else was fine.
