Saravana Stores Elite DIAMONDS

It was my first time at Saravana Stores Elite, Tnagar, and it was a pleasant experience. They have a wonderful collection of diamonds with beautiful and vast designs. I was attended by the salesperson, Pritha, who explained everything in detail and showed us many designs patiently. The showroom ambiance was also very pleasing. I will definitely keep going back there.

I bought a diamond nose pin on Akshaya Tritiya, and the service was good. However, the collection of traditional patterns was very limited. I usually buy from here because of their collection, but this time I was a little disappointed. \nAnother issue is that there was no proper lab report, like a GIA lab report, for the diamond. Instead, we received Saravanan Store Elite's own lab report, which I think cannot be used to sell or change the diamond with other vendors. \nSince lab-grown diamonds are available in the market, it would be great if they provided a proper lab report.

It's not the same shop as it was 6 months ago. I've noticed a lot of changes in the staff's behavior. The warm greetings are missing, and the people at the billing counter talk like it's a local grocery shop. I had given 5 stars earlier, but now I would prefer GRT next time.
