Sealord Hotel

The room was okay, but the management was a mess. We were supposed to get breakfast and dinner buffet with our room, but it wasn�t available. Instead, we had to order from the menu, and the food didn�t taste good. The service was so slow that we almost lost the desire to eat. We ordered 3 dishes, roti, and rice, and waited 30-40 minutes for the first dish. The portion size was small, and they gave all the roti and rice with it, then took another 15 minutes for the next dish. When we asked to meet the manager, he was unavailable. Also, there were no Allout in the rooms, and when we complained at the desk, they said there were only 2 in the whole 7-floor hotel. Lastly, the sockets near the bed would fall out every time I touched them.

This place is great for both families and couples. My husband and I stayed here for a day, and the service was excellent. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also served a good breakfast. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay easy and comfortable.

The food was the worst. The Sweet Chicken Manchurian had only a few pieces, and the Fish and Chips had just 3 small pieces of fish, which isn't worth Rs. 300. The Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani only had a mint flavor. Pathetic food at Princess Room restaurant.
