I recently stayed at Sepoy Grand Hotel and had a bad experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful, which made my stay unpleasant. Even though I had paid for my room online, the duty manager tried to charge me extra, using unclear policies that seemed misleading. The room wasn't clean, and it was clear that housekeeping didn't do a proper job. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. I expected much better.

The property looks good from the outside, and the reception area is decent. However, if you're paying more than 2.5k, the rooms are too small and not worth the price. The room ambiance is not great, and the buffet breakfast had very few options with slow service. The restaurant tables were not cleaned in the morning. They mentioned a swimming pool, but it's on the rooftop and is too small for kids. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance.
