Water issues! The first room they gave me was damp. The carpet and bedspread felt damp, and there was no way to open the window for ventilation. After a day, it started to smell like mildew, and I had respiratory issues. It wasn't just me another friend on my floor had the same problem, and there was also a toilet leak. \nThe staff was very helpful, though, and they changed my room. After that, there were no issues. \nAs for the breakfast buffet, it was overall good, especially the poori and French toast made to order. There were lots of options, but a few items like the waffles and avocado toast weren't to my taste.

I had to book here because Marriott was full. The hotel has similar facilities but is more expensive than Marriott. Marriott also offers a free ride to my company, but this place charged me 1600 for just a 4km ride to the office. Lounge access wasn't included, even though I booked a King Deluxe room. I wouldn't book here again. I'm giving 3 stars because the staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience at Sheraton Whitefield. I couldn�t find anything that needs improvement. Enjoyed visiting the health lounge and steam station. Thank you, guys I�ll definitely come back for dining and the spa when I�m on this side of the city.
