Shifa Medicals

Shifa Medical Mart is a very good place. You can find all the medicines here, so there's no need to go to Chennai. But I think they need more advertisements and publicity. I live in Mahindra World City, and I couldn't find my son's Telekast chewable tablets anywhere, even in Chennai. He coughs and vomits without this medicine. After searching in Madipakkam and Tambaram, I found it at Shifa. I felt that, apart from being a business, medical shops like these are as important as doctors.

A good place for your medical needs. They also have an online platform for ordering, which is a great initiative. However, the response to online orders is a bit slow. They should work on improving it.

They cheated me. I bought items worth around 3k, and they told me I'd get a 10% discount on bills above 2k. But they only reduced Rs. 120 on the bill. At the time, I didn't check the bill. Later, I saw the discount was less than promised. I asked the shop staff, but they gave no proper response. I visited the shop, and they said they would check and update me. It's been more than a month, and I�m still getting the same response.
