Everything is okay, but making payments is difficult. There is no option for online payment in any mode, which causes trouble for customers. Even with the rise of cashless transactions, they are not using this option.

Very terrible experience at this hotel! The servers keep forcing us to give tips, and I�m not sure if the management is paying them properly. The food is okay, but the servers need to be changed.
