The parking lot is big, but there aren't enough tables for the crowd. We had to wait in a queue to get a table. The food is okay, but it's not a kid-friendly place because it's very crowded and busy. We couldn't eat peacefully because people were waiting for our table.

Worst service. I've never experienced this in a hotel before. The staff's attitude is terrible. I ordered a dosa, and after 10 minutes, they told me it would take more time. Just because it's a central location in Trichy, they think they're a big hotel. The service is really bad.
