The response has been disappointing, as no compensation classes are being provided. When we ask for them, we are told we'll receive a callback, but this never happens. They are requesting two to three classes in one stretch. While the teachers are dedicated, some responses to parents' queries are unhelpful and risk losing students. The team is not listening to our concerns and is rigid in their stance.

SIB Abacus provides excellent coaching and motivation to our child. The class instructors deliver energetic and enthusiastic coaching, which has helped our child develop their personality and interpersonal skills. We appreciate the individual attention given to each child. Thank you!
