I installed CCTV cameras from SmartX Technologies about a year ago. Their service was excellent, and I am very satisfied with their quality work and professionalism. The installation across multiple floors was done well, and they provided 1 year of free service. Any service requests were addressed promptly. I thank Imran Mazhari and his team for their continuous efforts and great service.

Very poor installation service. The engineer installed the camera in front of the bulbs, causing poor night vision. I followed up twice, but no one came to fix it. When I went to the store, the owner, Imran, blamed me for speaking up. I would advise avoiding this shop. Also, if you're buying a camera online, use VGA cable instead of HDMI for better display quality. I would not recommend this service provider in Gaya.
