When you enter, it feels like you're in the Himalayas. Within 10 minutes, you'll start feeling cold. Make sure snow doesn�t get inside your pants or t-shirt. Little kids and older people might feel really cold if their gloves aren�t on properly. The 12D experience, jungle visit, and arts view are extra activities that cost more.

We came for a school tour, and the kids had a great time in the snow. They loved the thriller park, and the 3D snow experience was amazing. It was a new experience for me too, and I had so much fun. I really loved the place

I had a very bad experience. The staff and manager were rude, and the gear for the kids was terrible. There were no proper instructions, and the kids couldn�t stay inside for more than 5 minutes. The Velcro on the gear didn�t work, and when we complained, the manager acted like it was our fault and said no one else had a problem. But all the kids inside had the same issue. The kids' feet got red and painful, and it seemed like they only cared about the money. When we started to complain, some people said they were �adjusting� to it and didn�t understand why we were upset. We�re paying for quality service and didn�t get it some adults even couldn�t handle the -15�C and left early. \nThey refunded our money, but after that, many others started asking for refunds too. Where were they when we were shouting for help? This is the first time I�ve written such a long review because the experience was so bad. I will never visit again and would not recommend this place for kids.
