Very professional and trustworthy service. It's a bit pricey, so I'll give 4 stars, but overall, the work quality is good, and the people are genuine. They were kind enough to prioritize my work and offer a first time discount.

I gave my AirPods for repair, and it took 2 months to get them back. When I got them, their condition wasn't great, although I can still use them. I would suggest buying new AirPods instead of getting them repaired if they're not working.

I sent my phone for display repair, and after 4 to 6 weeks, the screen started auto-clicking all over, which is typical of a cheap Chinese spare part. I asked them to take my phone back for repair, but they never came to pick it up. They kept saying, "We will pick it up," but it never happened. I�ve already found a better alternative and will never do business with them again. I wouldn�t recommend them to any organization either. This level of service isn�t needed when there are better options available.
