South City Mall

This is definitely one of the biggest malls in Kolkata, offering a wide range of products, from local to international. The food court has several popular food brands, and many well-known, expensive brands have outlets here. The mall itself is a beautiful piece of architecture.

Very poor infrastructure management, especially during holidays and festivals. It took us more than an hour to reach the ground floor gate after exiting our parking spot because every car from all floors was trying to enter the only exit lane, and there was no staff to manage the rush. Visit only if you have time to kill and nowhere else to be.

I don't understand why there are iron bars behind the parking area. I tried to park my car at level 3A, but it bumped into an iron bar fixed on the wall, which wasn't visible from the parking camera. When I asked the security, she told me that many cars had been damaged before, but the mall management hasn't taken any steps to remove it.
