The hotel is good, but it's overpriced. The food is tasty, but the staff is limited and the dining area is small, so there�s often a long wait for food and other services. We had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast, so plan ahead. Parking is self-service and can be a hassle on weekends. The location is good, but overall, the experience was a bit disappointing. The hotel charges rates similar to a 4 or 5-star hotel, but the service is more like a 3-star.

After a bad experience at ITC Fortune, I decided to stay at Southern Star Hotel nearby, and it was a great choice. The price was affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff was professional and attentive, the room was spacious and comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The food was the best part it was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Southern Star Hotel for quality service and comfort at a good price.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The receptionist was rude, and the manager was unprofessional as well. The milk we ordered for the kids wasn�t boiled properly and smelled awful. This place is far from a five-star hotel; it feels more like a cheap, low-quality establishment. The services were poor, and I�ve never had such a disappointing stay. I would recommend avoiding this place
