Sree Gokulam Residency

I stayed here while taking a break from a long trip. The service from all the staff was excellent. The rooms were good value for money, and the hotel is located right on the service road of the highway, making it easy to find. The best part was the great service, from answering phone calls to smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms were the right size with enough storage space, and the hotel used premium fittings. It's a budget-friendly stopover hotel that I would visit again.

We booked a room for one day this week. The room was non-AC (booked through MakeMyTrip), and at the reception, they said switching to an AC room would cost an extra 1k. We decided to stick with the non-AC room since it was just for one night. It was a bad decision. The room was too hot, and the fan didn�t help. I couldn�t sleep at all. We checked out around 3pm and left for our destination. The service and food in the restaurant were good though.

They didn't mention anything about pets, and when we arrived at the hotel, they told us pets are not allowed. They didn't cancel the room or process the refund either.
