The location is great, with easy access to buses, trains, autos, and hotels. Room service and other services, including travel assistance, were excellent. The cost is reasonable and affordable. The staff and room service are satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel for family stays, business stays, or casual stays. Best wishes to the management and employees.

The reception was hesitant to confirm the booking for a customer arriving at 4 am. Instead of confirming the room, they told the customer to follow up with them. Normally, hotel reception staff reassure customers and confirm their bookings. The staff seemed rude and gave strange replies.

If you really care about your car, don't go there. They take your car keys and move it around to make space by removing other cars. There are big stones in the driveway that are not visible, and my car hit one. The room service staff were drunk and started shouting at us, saying the car got damaged because we gave a tip to another person and not to him. It was a big mess. After getting home, I noticed several small dents on my car, which is unacceptable.
