We had the worst experience today. The staff was irresponsible and the service was terrible. After more than 20 years of being your customers, we've decided to end our relationship with your jewelry shop.

The designs were good, but the person who helped me was rude. He acted like he knew everything and tried to fool customers. I was really upset by his attitude and arrogance.
