Stayzone Royal INN

Good hotel with great service and a nice ambience. It�s quiet and not crowded. It�s within walking distance from the State Secretariat, Statue Square, and GPO. The only downside is that the hotel doesn�t have its own food service, so you have to order from outside. But overall, it�s value for money.

Worst experience. My booking was confirmed, but the receptionist didn't give us the room. They canceled the booking and are now asking us to leave the hotel.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my 40 years of staying at hotels. They don't even provide drinking water you have to go to the ground floor or outside the hotel to get it. They don't give blankets or bed sheets, and even after asking multiple times, no one comes to clean the room. The reception phone is hardly answered, and sometimes the reception is completely unattended.
