One of the best gyms in Trichy. I�m taking personal training from Arjun Mahadev (Mr. Trichy), and he�s been very effective. The results are really good. He has great knowledge of all kinds of workouts. The gym has excellent equipment and friendly trainers.

This is the worst gym I�ve ever been to. The coaches are very rude. They don�t teach properly, but they charge a lot.
