I'm not sure if this is the right place to share this, but the items listed on the app as available for showcase at the studio were not there. I looked for at least 3-5 products, but couldn't find them. For example...

We ordered from the showroom in Nungambakkam and chose furniture that was supposed to be delivered quickly. We were promised delivery by 1st November, but the website said 4th November. Twice we were told it was out for delivery, but the pieces only arrived on 5th November. The 3-seater sofa was broken in two places, and the replacement had varnish stains and a bent wooden backrest. Since we bought it for our parents and they had no other place to sit, we finally decided to keep the damaged piece.
