The manager and supervisor are very rude. When we ask questions, they act dismissive and don't help at all. It's a very frustrating experience.

I don�t understand why they overprice items and advertise a 1+1 offer. It feels dishonest and shows a lack of transparency. Because of this, I doubt the quality of their products.
