The flight booking and visa process were good. However, they booked a vegetarian food option for us without checking with us first. The airline couldn�t provide normal food because they had already prepared the special vegetarian meal for us.

We booked a ticket through this agency and asked if there were any student discounts or privileges for the flight. They denied it. Later, we found out that there actually were student privileges, including more luggage allowance. This agency failed to inform us, and we�ve ended up at a much greater loss because of them.
