We are regular customers when we visit India. I bought a silver bracelet a week before leaving for Canada, but it didn�t even last a week. The hook broke completely, and the silver was very flimsy. It fell off twice, but luckily I didn�t lose it. The workmanship was extremely poor.

It was a terrible experience. The staff didn't listen to our needs and suggested the wrong product. Even after that, the management refused to make the right decision.
