The spa has a relaxing atmosphere and is beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the massage, which was professional and helped relieve my pain. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I will be back next week

The managers are the worst they don�t know how to treat customers. The owner should pay attention to how they behave. They don�t give the requested therapists and tell a lot of lies. During the massage, they even leave the door open and watch, which is very unprofessional. The infrastructure and staff are good, but the management is really bad. Many of my friends regret visiting this spa.

It's a well located and nicely decorated spa that meets customer needs, but the professionalism is lacking. The prices are high compared to the service offered. There�s also no music during the massage. In Madurai Anna Nagar, this spa is unique, so it�s worth a visit, but there�s room for improvement.
