Tattva Spa - Viman Nagar, Pune

I had an amazing experience at Tattva Spa The staff and masseuse were polite, quick, and did a great job. The ambiance was also nice, and the pressure during the massage was just right. While the prices were a bit higher, it was totally worth it. I highly recommend giving it a try

The therapist was good, but the room setup wasn't great for two people. One of the beds was placed temporarily and kept making noise, which was a big distraction and made it hard to relax during the spa treatment.

If the team is concerned, they should really look into how their employees speak to clients. They were rude and unprofessional. I was trying to make an appointment, and not one person I spoke to was cordial. They acted like they were doing me a favor, as if the service was free. I regret taking the gift card; I wouldn�t have gone otherwise. If this is how they treat you before the service, I can�t imagine how bad the post-service would be. I would never recommend this place. There are better options in Pune that offer great service and results.
