This is the second time in a row that my delivery has been delayed. I have no idea about the status of my order and whether I will receive it or not. Customer care timings have also been missed continuously.

The service has become the worst. We order fish from Tendercut because they usually clean it well, even though we're only 5 minutes away from the beach market. But now, they're not doing it properly. I specifically told the guy in the shop to remove the fins, but when I checked the fish at home, they were not removed properly. Also, the app mentioned the fish would have the tail and head, but the head was missing, which made the weight lighter. We won't be buying from them anymore, and we'll definitely share our bad experience with others.
