TF CAKES & More - Cake delivery in goa

The cakes from this bakery are tasty, but there's a big issue with customized designs! The first time I ordered a cake exactly like on the website, but they delivered it in a different color. I accepted it without complaining. Today, I ordered a very simple special design, but when the delivery guy brought it, the design was incomplete and the cake was broken because the box was too small. I called to complain, and they brought another one, but again, it wasn't what I ordered. I�m really upset because this ruined our celebration, and even though the cake tasted good, I won't be using their service again. I didn�t take a picture because I was too upset. I would not recommend this bakery.

I had a horrible experience with cake delivery. I ordered a cake online and paid extra for a fixed delivery time. Despite this, the cake was not delivered on time, and there was no proper contact point to raise concerns. The cake was supposed to be delivered before 8 pm, but when I called, they said it was out for delivery, though it hadn't reached yet. At 9:30 pm, they falsely claimed the order was delivered. Since the event had already started, I asked to cancel the order, but they only refunded the Rs. 150 delivery charge, not the cake amount. Please be careful before ordering from this shop.
