I paid them for a weed removal service on 6th July. After collecting the payment and spraying some chemical, they left. It's been over 1.5 months, and the chemical hasn�t worked. When I called their helpline, they said they would redo the service, but now I have to keep following up and begging them to finish the job. This is not how a paying customer should be treated. Only pay them after the work is done, and don�t trust their promises about after-sales service it doesn't exist.
