The Cake Bake

I�ve been here multiple times, and we used to think Cake Bake was the best nearby bakery for cakes. At first, they were great, but now everything has gone downhill the quality of the cakes, staff, and other bakery products has all worsened. The staff is very disrespectful and doesn�t care about customer satisfaction. Some of the bakery items are tasteless and look old. Even for customized cakes, despite giving clear instructions several times, they spoil it. I don't think I can trust Cake Bake for any special occasions anymore.

I�ve been enjoying theme based and regular cakes from 'The Cake Bake' for 3-4 years, or maybe even longer, and it�s always a delight The cakes are not only beautiful to look at but also taste amazing.

They have a nice bakery with a lot of money spent on the interior and design, but the real value lies in how you treat your customers. The owner is rude and doesn�t listen to customer concerns. It was my mistake to visit a place that focuses on looks but doesn�t care about customer service. We�re paying for the food, so at least treat customers with respect. There's a long way to go. With this attitude, you might make money, but you won�t earn respect.
