THE CAKES POP

No AC, and many items were unavailable. The mutton samosa was about to spoil. It was a completely bad experience.

For my daughter's 6th birthday, I ordered a bunny cake from Cakes Pop. It turned out great, and the taste was amazing. The shop itself was lovely, and I ended up ordering some pastries and puffs when I visited. Special thanks to the chef this place is definitely going to be famous in Chengalpattu

The sales lady�s attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I bought an item from the store, but it wasn't good, so I returned it just to show them the poor quality. I wasn�t asking for a refund, but they told me it needed to be pre-heated in an oven, which not everyone has. I was expecting an apology, but instead, the sales lady argued with me, saying their products are good and they sell them every day. Mistakes happen everywhere, even in 5-star hotels. If a product is bad, customers will point it out. Instead of arguing, they should try to improve next time.
