The dresses are made of bad materials, and I had a terrible experience. Even trying them on caused skin irritation and rashes. They don't explain their terms and conditions upfront, and only when you cancel do they charge you the full amount as cancellation fees. This is my second bad experience with this shop. I'm not satisfied, and it seems renting dresses here is not a good idea. They don�t treat customers well and only focus on their business income.
